Cancellation Policy

The session is paid in full in advance via online payment (Payment link or BACS). The session fee must be paid 48 hours before the session; failure to pay results in cancellation of the session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in extreme circumstances. If a session is cancelled, it will be rescheduled within the following 3 weeks. Sessions cancelled 14 days before the date can be refunded on request. If you are facing extreme financial difficulty and would benefit from session, ask on availability of limited pro-bono sessions.
